Red Bird Watermelon Cupcakes
1 pkg. (3oz) Jell-O Watermelon Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg Vanilla Cake Mix
1 tub ready to spread vanilla frosting
1 Tbsp red food coloring
18-24 Red Bird Watermelon Puffs
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Reserve 1 tbsp. dry gelatin mix. Prepare cake batter as directed on box for cupcakes and mix in remaining Jell-O watermelon gelatin. Spoon in to cupcake paper lined muffin tins.
3, Bake as directed on box.
4. Remove cupcakes from oven and cool completely.
5. Spoon icing in to bowl. Add the remaining 1 tbsp. of Jell-O watermelon gelatin and food coloring and stir until combined.
6. Frost cupcakes and top with a Red Bird Watermelon Puff. Share and enjoy!
