Peppermint Champagne Cocktail

 

Ingredients:

Chilled Champagne

Cream de Cocoa liqueur

Crushed Red Bird Peppermint Puffs

Honey

 

Preparation:

  1. Lightly dip the rim of the champagne coup in honey, then roll in crushed peppermint.
  2. Pour 1 oz. Cream de Cocoa liqueur into the coup, then top off with chilled champagne.
  3. Add a Red Bird Peppermint stick as a garnish. The drink will fizz when you add the peppermint stick, and it will turn pink the longer the stick stays in the drink.

 

Bailey’s Peppermint Shot

 

Ingredients:

1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream

.5 oz. Peppermint vodka

.5 oz. Cream de Cocoa

Crushed Red Bird Peppermint Puffs

Honey

Whipped cream

 

Preparation:

  1. Lightly dip the rim of the tall shot glass in honey, then roll in crushed peppermint.
  2. Combine Bailey’s, vodka and cream de cocoa over ice in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake to blend, then fill a tall shot glass about 3/4 full with shaken mixture.
  4. Add a Red Bird Peppermint stick as a garnish and top with whipped cream.
